Oil, gas water treatment conditioner
cuts or eliminates need for chemicals
HydroFLOW water treatment devices effectively address the use
of costly and hazardous chemicals
to treat scale or biofilm in process
and recycled fluids.
The eco-friendly, non-intrusive
water conditioners employ patented technology to greatly reduce
and in some cases, eliminate the
need for chemicals, it’s declared.
The easily installed HydroFLOW
treats fluids by inducing a robust yet harmless 150 KHz signal throughout plumbing systems of any material. Signal induction decreases scale
and biofilm accumulation, and gradually removes existing deposits. The
device is also able to enhance filtration efficiency by flocculating total

Produced water induced gas flotation
Induced Gas Flotation technology achieves hydrocarbon
reclamation in produced water
and clarifies water with high
total suspended solids.
IGF’s core functionality is
cited to be effective removal of
97% TSS in input streams including oil and condensate to
safely and cost effectively assist disposal and reuse.
The technology and system are designed to address 14-billion barrels
of water produced annually from oil and gas operations. It comprises
inlet, outlet, skim, and recycle pumps with automatic isolation valves.
Among induced gas flotation system features: rugged small footprint,
minimum operator interface, plus H2S and CO2 monitoring.
One vertical single cell IGF processes 0 to 75-gpm of production water,
delivering below-10-ppm effluent TSS and floatable hydrocarbon levels.
